Richard S. Gardner, CFP®, RFC® enjoyed a rewarding 26 year career in law enforcement before pursuing a second career in financial planning. He received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning, CFP Certification Education Program. Richard has also received the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC®) designation through the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and is a member of the Central Virginia Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
